II. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

The General Contract Conditions of this document regulate the use of the website and is aimed at consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (Euro Zone).

All reservations and sales made at BILBAO RETRO TOURS through its website must be made by people over 18 years of age.

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order and appear detailed in each product and include VAT when selecting the order.

All purchases can be paid with a Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal system credit card or by deposit into account or bank transfer and in any case the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process.

BILBAO RETRO TOURS is not responsible for security policies adopted by providers or issuers of means of payment.

Payment must be made prior to the tour date. If you are not satisfied, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

The Tour, unless otherwise agreed with the client or for reasons of works, weather, demonstrations, celebration of public events, sports competitions or another reason that prevents us from starting or ending at the usual point, will start at Avenida Mazarredo in front of the Office of Tourism of the Gugenheim Museum.

The duration of the Tour will be indicated in its description on the website www.bilbaoretrotours.com.

BILBAO RETRO TOURS includes a photography and video service edited by the company as a courtesy and is free and non-professional. They will be sent by mail to the client within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of the tour.

In case of impossibility of doing the tour for reasons beyond the control of BILBAO RETRO TOURS (demonstrations, traffic cuts, weather...) it may be summoned to another date and time previously agreed with the client. In the event of a breakdown of the vehicle used on the tour, the client may be offered another classic company vehicle as long as it is available for that time or a refund of the amount paid.

All the vehicles and services offered by BILBAO RETRO TOURS have Compulsory Insurance and Civil Liability.

BILBAO RETRO TOURS reserves the right of admission if it is observed that the conditions of the tourists are not appropriate or they show inappropriate behavior.

It is expressly forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol on board the vehicles. The consumption of alcoholic beverages or food provided by BILBAO RETRO TOURS is only authorized when a tour includes it.

Minors must be accompanied at all times during the entire duration of the provision of the service and therefore may not travel alone.

All tours and tourist services can be booked through the BILBAO RETRO TOURS website, other online platforms, other travel agencies, telephone or by mail.

The tour is one-person and valid for the contracted service on the date and time indicated in the reservation and the language used in it may be Spanish or English and the description of the tour or of the places visited may be provided through the professional guides that accompany the tour or through audiovisual media or audio guides.

The user or client is informed of these General Contracting Conditions which have been known by the user prior to the start of the contracting procedure.

For your safety, customers must remain seated throughout the journey even if the vehicle is convertible.

Neither the head nor the arms can be extended outside the perimeter of the vehicle.

The doors cannot be opened if the vehicle is not stopped or parked.

Animals are not allowed on board.

These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of BILBAO RETRO TOURS in Bilbao (Bizkaia).
